A Stir-Fry is one of the quickest and easiest meals that you can make. I find myself making a stir fry meal, especially when I want to clean up the remaining veggies in my refrigerator. It is also one of the ways that I get my picky eater to have some healthy vegetables!
What you will need to make this recipe
Chicken Stir-fry is made with lean meat and vegetables, thereby, making it a healthy addition to your meals. It is also low in fat and can be customized to your preference.
Tips for the Perfect Stir-Fry:
- High Heat: Make sure your pan is hot before adding ingredients. This helps to sear the meat and vegetables, giving them a nice texture and flavor.
- Preparation: Have all your ingredients prepped and ready. Stir-frying is a fast process, and you won’t have time to chop vegetables while cooking.
- Variations: Feel free to add or substitute any vegetables you like. Snow peas, snap peas, mushrooms, and zucchini are all great options.
