- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Heat the milk over medium heat. Transfer to a blender, add all the ingredients, except the espresso, blend together.
Brew your coffee or espresso and pour it into a mug. Add the milk blend to the espresso and stir to combine. Top with whipping cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice (optional) and serve.
