Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk over medium heat. Transfer to a blender, add all the ingredients, except the espresso, blend together.
  • Brew your coffee or espresso and pour it into a mug. Add the milk blend to the espresso and stir to combine. Top with whipping cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice (optional) and serve.

Notes

*Want a substitute for sugar in this recipe? Try maple syrup or honey.
*For a dairy free version, replace the whole milk with oat milk or almond milk.
*No pumpkin pie spice handy? Make your own homemade pumpkin pie spice by combining 2 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon all spice together. Add 1 teaspoon of this mix to this recipe for that fall flavor.
