Blueberry Bliss Ice Cream
This homemade no churn ice cream is first of all, tasty and easy to make. The natural flavors of real fruit in creamy ice cream makes it stand out from store-bought!

- 2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup Organic blueberries
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Unsalted Peanuts
Blend the blueberries and set aside. In a Ziplock bag, add the peanuts, use a roller-pin to smash the peanuts till it is flaky. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add the heavy whipping cream. Whip it with a hand-mixer for 5-8 minutes or until stiff peak forms.
Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract and continue to whip on low speed until well combined.
Add the blended blueberries and peanuts and lightly fold in with a spatula until well combined.
Transfer into a freezer-friendly container, smooth out the top with a little more peanut topping. Cover with a plastic wrap and pop in the freezer for 4 hours. Serve!
