  • 6 large fresh carrots peeled
  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon peeled or juiced

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the carrots, oranges and lemons.
  • Cut the carrots, oranges, ginger, and lemon into pieces that fit your juicer chute.
  • Feed the carrots, oranges, ginger, and lemon through the juicer. Stir the juice well to combine all the flavors.
  • Serve immediately over ice or chilled. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag before serving.
